She stresses how many of our societal norms can actually exacerbate anxiety in teens and how parents can approach their children to discuss and manage anxiety. Jessica is the author of several books and is a frequent conference speaker. Her heart is to see women, families, and children freed from the bondage of moralism.

Alice specializes in counseling adolescents, women, and parents in areas relating to eating disorders, body image, and depression, as well as stress and anger management. She stresses that eating disorders go far beyond that of anorexia and bulimia, and that it is pivotal to understand the root issues that lead to these disorders.
